Policy & Terms

All assignments are carried out in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders (NSAB 2015) with the exception of § 7, second paragraph and § 19B, § 15, second paragraph. The freight forwarder's liability as a contracting party applies instead of liability according to § 16 – 24, § 20 B and § 21 D with a weight limitation of 8.33 SDR/kg and an exception for the insurance obligation in § 25A.
